Some say that happiness cannot be achieved! American author Alan Lightman once wrote, “The tragedy of this world is that no one is happy, whether stuck in a time of pain or joy.” I partly agree with him, if we evaluate people’s lives over time, over their short existence here on earth. But I also disagree, because part of me believes that happiness comes and goes many times throughout people’s lives. There are always ups and downs, so it is impossible to try and achieve peace and happiness all the time. Attitude plays an important role in the happiness of people.
We all need to keep in mind that in life it is not a matter of whether you fall or not; it is a matter of how, when, and with what attitude you get up and try again! The comeback attitude is what really counts, not whether you have failed at any given moment. With the right attitude, your level of happiness is achieved sooner. No doubt!
